Pacific Preserves is a small, family-run company located in Northern California. We carefully handcraft small batches of artisan jams, jellies and preserves in delicious flavor combinations that are as unique as the area we live in.

We strive to select the most delicious, sustainably-grown produce for our preserves. All products contain 100% natural ingredients and organic sugar. Some ingredients are grown in our own orchards and gardens, while others are acquired from local farmers and farmers' markets or purchased from regional growers during our travels.

Pacific Preserves opened its "doors" for business in August 2010, vending at local art shows and markets. We presently do not have a physical storefront, with most of our sales at small-scale events or through the internet. Because of the small, artisan nature of our products as well as the seasonality of produce, we do not always have all of our stock available year-round. If you have a favorite flavor, it is best to stock up on jars or pre-order before the flavor generally becomes available.

The ethical goal of our company is to support local businesses and farmers while encouraging environmentally sound growing techniques. Here at Pacific Preserves, we feel the fresh and quality taste of our products reflects our efforts to reach this goal. We hope you agree!
